Went great. Explained the process and the role. Very transparent. Young lady was very nice and approachable. Laid out the direction of the company, and what the territory will be. Gave me different names of counties in West Texas, which I am very familiar with. Cynthia was remarkable and pleasant.

I applied online. I was later contacted for a phone interview. I spoke with the CEO and asked to come for an in person interview. Judging from the call this position was definitely something I was very interested in. I took time out from work to come for an interview and expected to talk about the position further and learn more about the company. The first 10 min of the time I had to spend listening to another call (extremely unprofessional) and rude. Then I was told that there are other jobs that this recruiting agency has that would be better fit. Tell me this over the phone I don't need to come for this and lose a day of work. If I was interested in working with a recruiting agency (I am not) I would let that be known. This was a waste of time. I would not recommend.
