      Senior Software Engineer Interview

      16 Jun 2017
      Anonymous employee
      South Jordan, UT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DirectScale (South Jordan, UT) in Jun 2017

      Interview

Really good bunch of people. The first impression was great. Process was phone interview with recruiter then phone interview with developer then in person interview with a mixture of dev leads, architects and team members. Really stressed the company culture which I also believe to be one of the most important things for any company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The technical part was mostly small coding exercises.
