I was contacted by a recruiter from Naukri followed by the TA team of Directi for this position. Initially, I had a discussion with the TA Manager on my background followed by a telephonic interview with a Sr. Product Manager which was again mostly on the expectations from the role and my experience. Then they sent a case study to setup a support function from scratch. This was followed by a series of onsite interviews - 1 with the Flock TA Head, 2 with Product Manager, 2 with Tech Leads, 1 with Directi TA Head. Most of these were related to my previous experience. Post this, I had a telephonic interview with the Head of Product and a video call with the CEO. Interviewers were professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what they wanted out of a candidate. I cleared all the rounds but couldn't join due to the pay offered.
