Interview
Interview process was short and too the point. The process seems fair. The interview is with one person in person. Not hard at all. Also will hire high school students and work with you.
Brief and to the point, the management will ask you about your availability mostly. It probably varies from manager to manager how casual or formal your interview is. It won't take much longer than 15-20 minutes.
