There are two round of interview process. The interviewers from first round are head of HR and web developer from different department. Stock questions are asked such as why do you choose Disco and your past internship experience. The second round interview is held by the head of Management Support department, who is a Japanese man. They just want to make sure that you are reliable and passionate about the company's working style etc.
