First round interview with a recruiter who reached out to me. It was a 20-minute call, very pleasant and professional with instructions for follow up. I was told to anticipate at least 6 more iterviews.

After 5 interviews, they ghosted me. The interviews were primarily based on personality and there was zero feedback. I had to follow up with them in order to find out that I did not the job.
