I went through a two stage interview process with senior female leadership covering background, experience, education and an opportunity for me to present why I want to work for Discussion Box. This took approximately two weeks from initial contact to final interview.

A short telephone call with the team manager to discuss what the job entails and briefly look over my skills and CV. Fairly easy interview but doesn't go into the business or the outlook very heavily.
