The interview was on Zoom. Very quick and easy. Got the job offer after two questions of the interview. Once you get the job, they set up your orientation date and your onboarding.

Interview
Interview process is pretty straightforward and literally only took a matter of three days I saw their posting online I entered my information I want to say after 10 minutes I received another email with a online interview/survey and I pretty much picked the answers that sounded the best or most appropriate per question. Literally 15 minutes later I got another email to schedule a zoom interview that same week. During the interview the recruiter asked me a couple questions as to why I would like to work for Disneyland, what experience do I have/giving more information about myself. Then he showed me his screen with the description of what the merchandise role would be and I also applied for attractions so he went ahead and showed me as well the role description for attractions, and discussed my availability . He did mention that currently they do not have any open positions which I found odd because why do they have online postings where people can apply to them ? if apparently they don’t have roles to fill. But he didn’t mention that he liked my answers and my experience and that he recommended to put me on the waitlist and that’s pretty much where I’m at right now. Hoping to receive an email with an offer, hopefully soon as the holidays are coming up and that’s their busiest time.
