I applied online and almost immediately after was offered an online interview that was like a survey that evaluates your personality. After passing this, I was told to schedule an in-person interview at the casting center, which went very well. The questions were simple, just know why you want to be there and what you want to get from it.
It was on zoom with a recruiter. First they called me if I'm still interested in the position and got scheduled a zoom interview with the recruiter. I was previously on the waiting list for around 4 months which is a long time.

Once you pass the screening personality test, you're invited to a face to face interview. Easy process overall, though very competitive. Positive and energetic responses will help you stand out.
