Because I was recommended by an employee and had interned in a different department previously, I was not screened by phone or tested for skills/clinical knowledge/therapeutic style. I interviewed with two people, both of whom held high-level positions in the organization. They were kind, receptive, and provided me with a wealth of information about the department and the position.
