Interview
Two phone interviews, a third phone interview was scheduled but Diversified was a no show and did not answer their phone or return my call. Got an email several hours later with an apology a “I’ll check my schedule and see if I can squeeze you in.” The next week I was informed the position was no going to be filled. I guess they’ve been to busy to take down the ads.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Diversified (Plano, TX) in Jul 2022
Interview
Easy going process, they give a lot of people a chance that may only have related experience. They are disarming and make you feel comfortable. I did not feel the need to talk a lot about technical aspects of the job.

It was about an hour long interview it was a little Intimidating But things got better they helped me relax so I would be able to fully answer the questions asked
