Diversified Sourcing Solutions interview questions

I was interviewed by the branch manager and she was really engaging and reassuring that I would be taught everything I needed to know. She talked to me and evaluated my people skills and shared alot about the company and how everything worked. I felt like I was already apart of the team during the interview.

Had two face to face interviews with owner and branch manager. Was told it was between myself and another candidate. They chose the other. A month later they called and wanted to hire me as well, told me they didn't know why they chose the first candidate over me. Very disorganized. Owner left halfway through.
