They took us out into the field to see what the process is like. Your interviewer would close sales, while you watch them, simultaneously you had to read and study a booklet. After the day was over, they would give you a written test.

FRAUD avoid them !.Delayed for 15 mins till Christal interview me & then said I will be for second interview. 2nd interview it appeared door 2 door for fundraising, and the salesman was explaining us how he was HSBC investment manager in Jumeirh, Dubai, actually they don't have such a branch in Dubai. Just lying.

Interview
Arrived on time for the interview. Waited about 30 minutes before Chrystal saw me. The interview lasted about 10 minutes, and it was mostly her telling me about the job. They call it "customer service" just to lure people in because what it really is is door-to-door fundraising. I'm very glad that I read the reviews on here before going since I was prepared for everything, even for their invitation to the "second interview," which is a full day of following a canvasser around (they even tell you to bring comfortable shoes). I was also told about how I could grow into a "management" role in a couple of months. If going door to door asking people for donations is not your thing, don't even bother. This is not customer service, this is canvassing.
