The interview was a three step process, First you apply for your desired position, next you get a preliminary job review & interview with the contract manager and station duty manager. After you pass that portion, you will be asked to remain seated. Finally you would meet with all three heads of the operation, the Airline, contract, & station duty managers.

Quick and short one I guess if they are not interested with you. I was disappointed by travelling 2 hours for a less than 10min interview. It was frustrating but my one of colleague had a bit of different story.
