They first send you an email for a quiz, which is quite easy to do so, it is basically an assessment for English, and some data is presented they ask questions from that. After you clear that, if you do get selected then they will send another email for HIREVUE interview. Video interview, there will be questions and you have to record yourself answering them.

Took about a week started working on two months 2 week of training then 1 em of shadowing them airline reps come to help which is nice you’d never alone

Quick and short one I guess if they are not interested with you. I was disappointed by travelling 2 hours for a less than 10min interview. It was frustrating but my one of colleague had a bit of different story.
