It was a very congenial interview process and Doba kept me informed the throughout. Essentially it was a phone screen to mainly determine if I understood the job and the environment. I had a couple of questions and was called back by an executive next day to answer the questions -- he was really open and honest in his answers.
Then was asked to meet with the software engineering team managers in an onsite interview. That interview was very conversational in nature (no stupid whiteboard problems that you'd never use in real life). The questions were enough to ensure I knew the technology basics and that I'd be a reasonable fit with their culture. Again, they answered all my questions openly and honestly.
Decision was quick and I received an offer letter 2 days later.
As a side note, Doba does drug screen and run background checks.
