First they call me with interest. They then try to set up a video call right away. I was getting married soon and communicated that clearly. They pushed to have the video call done before my wedding or else I would lose the opportunity. So they pushed me to have a video call on the day before my wedding (rehearsal dinner day). After that I was contacted during my honeymoon to set up an in person interview even though I said I would not be available. Once we finally got the interview set up, they called me an hour before, as I was walking out l the door, to tell me it's cancelled. They extended an offer to someone else. They didn't let me know in time to revoke my PTO and I wasted a day on this. I don't have much left due to the wedding. Dober claims they didn't want my time wasted, but instead it was their time not wasted. Mine was wasted anyway. After seeing their organization and communication, I am glad I did not get an offer and I will not apply for another role. I could only imagine how the workplace is if their interviews are this disorganized, uncommunicative, and of no regard to candidates' time or PTO. I HIGHLY do not recommend taking an interview here.
