Very structured and well scheduled, love that they sent the design challenge ahead of time and were flexible with timing. It was slightly intimidating ,but not any more than you would expect from any consulting interview

Conversational - walking through a project or two - they were more interested in me as a person and thats what made it very comfortable. They made me feel like they were interested in what I had to say.
