Very interactive kind of interview, the people are very open and willing to help you. During interview they will explain what are their goals. What they expect from you, if they are interested in you normally there are more then 1 interview on average about 2-3 sometimes it might even go up to 4.

Interview
Two separate conference calls with senior executives (the CEO and the CFO), followed by 3 in-person meetings in two countries. The final meeting was a group meeting allowing me to do my own due diligence on the company and make my own determination on where it is headed.
