Interview
You listen to management tell you about the company. They ask only very simple questions and there’s no entrance exam. It’s hard to mess up. They get back to you within a week and only hire as needed.
Fairly straight forward interview. Low pressure and accommodating. Respectful of time and they themselves were on schedule. Drive was a bit far, but the interview did not feel rushed or inadequate.

They didn't ask any questions about me, my qualifications, my certifications, or any scenarios for patient care. They literally just talked my head off about the company for an hour and then hired me.
