1st step - HR. General conversation about your previous experience, challenges, etc.
2nd step - aptitude test. Quite easy questions consisting in looking at the charts or tables and making sense of what you see there.
3rd step - interview with the department manager.
Overall, both interviewers were very nice and made you feel very comfortable during the process.
Also, the process was quite quick: I was contacted by HR a couple of days after submitting my application, and I was offered a good deal of slots so it was easy to fit this interview in my day-to-day schedule. The test and the second interview also happened all within 1 week after the initial interview.
For as strange as this could sound, I really enjoyed the process and learning more about the company - the interviewers were quite transparent with everything including the feedback after rejection.
