The recruitment process in Docplanner is a pure pleasure. They care about a nice atmosphere, every further step is clear and the whole path is almost stressless because of those people's vibe

The interview process was average to say the least. It entailed discussing with recruiter, then with the hiring manager and then a take home assignment and review of the solution with team members.

Generally the take home assignment was about data modelling and dbt. They asked to create a data model based on entities important to the company, but the problem is that the process was only fictional without any real dataset given to me.
