Doccla interview questions

The interview process began with an online conversation with the Head of Talent. During this stage, concerns were raised about my technical skills and overall fit, which I found unexpected given that my CV closely matched the job description. Following this, I was asked to complete a take‑home test. I submitted the assignment on a Friday afternoon (4:45pm) and received a rejection email the following Monday (3:43pm). I had no feedback on either test or my performance.

We follow a structured four stage interview process that includes both in-office and remote interviews. Candidates meet with leadership stakeholders and team members to assess skills, culture fit, and alignment.
