Very friendly and accommodating. I interviewed with three people in person after a couple phone interviews with the HR and the Dev team. Seemed like an excellent place to work, and the staff was well-rounded and got along well with each other. I had to take a different job that was closer to home and paid slightly more, but it was a hard decision.

Interview
The interview had a formal atmosphere, with the interviewer starting off by asking me to introduce myself. Once the introductions were out of the way, the conversation quickly shifted to the technical aspects of heavy machinery. The interviewer presented me with a series of scenarios that commonly arise in this field, and then proceeded to ask me related questions. The questions primarily focused on various problems that can occur while operating heavy machinery. Each scenario posed a different challenge, requiring me to think critically and demonstrate my knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interviewer was interested in how I would handle these situations and whether I possessed the necessary expertise to troubleshoot common issues.
