I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DoiT (Austin, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
The overall process took about 4-5 weeks and it consisted of the below steps:
Call with the Recruiter
Call with the Hiring Manager
Call with 2 Peers
Call with VP of Sales
The recruiter (September) was fantastic and was really great to work with. She put in a ton of effort and was always extremely responsive and helpful with prep. One of the best recruiters I've ever worked with for sure. You can tell just from the interview process that this is an employee focused company and the culture seemed top notch.

HR were fast on scheduling every step and were always super friendly.
The interviews were very professional and done in a timely manner. Task was not too technical and focused more on evaluating my sales skills rather than the technicalities of their product which gave me the opportunity to present my knowledge and experience.

The interview process was thorough, but concise. It gave me a great opportunity to learn more about the company and role so that I could feel confident accepting the offer and joining the organization. The conversations I had were primarily focused on my past experience and included some situational role playing.
Overall it felt like a fair interview process and the talent acquisition team did a great job moving things along effectively.
