After making an online application I was contacted via email to make a suitable time for a phone screening with the HR recruiter. This process was very easy to setup as Dolby use the BT MeetMe app for phone conferencing which is excellent. After this stage I was moved forward to a phone interview with the hiring manager which again used the BT MeetMe app and was a very smooth process. From here a 3rd phone interview was arranged with the division's operations manager. After 3 phone interviews I was selected for a face to face interview with the technical director. The arrangements for this were made at short notice which was fine. The location and timing were suitable for both parties. At the completion of the process I was told I would be informed via email of the resulting decision.
