I applied online. I interviewed at Dolby (Ingolstadt) in Nov 2020
Interview
Three steps process. First, interview of about 20-30 min with the HR. Second, programming task. Third, interview with the team (5 people in my case).
The whole process was carried out smoothly and all the employees were very welcoming and polite.
They always would reach out to me via phone calls, and then they'd send an email to confirm whatever was discussed during the calls.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No stupid questions during the HR interview, like "What are your weaknesses". Which was nice.
The interview with the team had some technical questions and they would simulate a work situation to see how I would react.
