Applied online. Received phone call a week or so later. Had an in person interview with the store manager, it was simple and quick like 10 mins. Typical tell me about a time questions.

Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service.
Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
