Easy over the phone interview. Orientation was three hours. Started the very next day. Very high paced and physical job. They asked questions on work history, safety experience, warehouse experience etc

Joint interview with others and interviewed us all at the same time. Explained job and then offered hours available. You then either accepted and then they drug tested you then and there and waited to hear from them after your background check.
