Applied online and then in person. I got a call a few days later from the manager to come in for an interview. Manager asks a few questions and I was offered a position on the spot

How do you deal with difficult Customers?
Came in and asked for the store manager. He took me into the office and asked a few questions. Questions : Why do you want to work for Dollar Tree? Do you know anyone that works here? How you deal with Multi-tasking? How you deal with pressure?
Got the job. (Mainly through Nepotism).

Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities

Interview
Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
