Then didn’t hear anything for over a week, followed by a ‘we went in another direction.’ They made a sign a nondisclosure just to talk to them, and fill out an old-school word doc after I had already submitted an application online. Very outdated processes and company. They require full-time in office for a position that could be hybrid, if not remote. The entire process made it seem like working there would be suffocating.
