- Submitted my CV knowing that a job is needed.
- 15 days later I was interviewed by the Director of Hotels, and company Director of Human Resources.
- I received an offering letter and started work about 25 days later.

Question 1
The company did not have specific training programs, and I was asked to prepare them. That was difficult and unexpected too.
