Dominion Hospital interview questions

Applied on line. Heard back from in-house recruiter within one week. Met with dept manager. Got questions about prior experience, goals, hypothetical scenarios. Good conversation but for various reasons I concluded that role wasn’t right for me and told the person that at the end of the interview.

Submitted my resumé I wasn’t contacted for an interview until 3 weeks later and then afterwards it was another 2 weeks until I received an offer. Did not stay in the job very long due to negative company culture
