The interview itself is quite an endeavor - it is a full day long comprised of six to eight - appx one hour long interviews with a lot of different people. They also have a lot of online testing they request for you to complete beforehand including skills, aptitude, personality screening, psych eval, etc

I had a negative experience interviewing with Dominium. The interview was probably the shortest interview I've ever had in my life and lasted less than 10 minutes. Once I got on the phone with the people interviewing, they asked one question: "Tell me about yourself," let me talk for 5 minutes, and then did not bother asking any follow up questions. They had my resume and cover letter and should have been well aware of who they were interviewing. It was honestly a huge waste of my time. If you look on their website, there is not much diversity amongst their development and acquisitions team. As a female minority, I felt I was more of a diversity interview and they had no interest in considering me for the position from the get-go.
