Interview
The interview process was informal, yet effective. The interviewer was very straight-forward and presented a lot of pros and cons about the position and working for the company overall. The interviewer really had me sold on the prospect of working there until the salary was offered. Needless to say, I was impressed with every aspect of the interview except that one area. Unfortunately, that one area is the most important.
Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
