Interview
I was able to walk in and speak to management directly to ask for a job. The interview was easy and smooth, you could break it down to "can you drive" and "when can you start". The onboarding was quick and the environment was really friendly! It's a great job for those who enjoy independent work, but you are still expected to work as a team.

Hand in resume, and then no real interview process, just meeting team, manager and owner and discussing intentions for the role job. Maybe some initial training and knowledge testing to make sure you're not crazy.
