Easy, just a bunch of questions about customers and maybe they will throw in a mathematical question at the end. They ask about resolutions and what you would do. They would also ask about your experience

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
