Interview was conducted directly with CEO at the time. General questions about work ethics and experience. Not overly difficult compared to similar companies. Gave a take away design exercise to get a sense of candidate's design acumen.

I got to chat with a company recruiter for the initial phone screen, but I never heard back from her after that. No emails, no phone calls. They just disappeared.
