Spoke with a recruiter who was new, and it was honestly the worst interview I've ever had, felt like I was talking to a toddler who had no idea what they were speaking about and then I was rejected.

What were the last KPI's for your previous role? My previous role was in marketing, not sales. I tried to explain that, and she just went back to stating, You weren't in sales then, is what you're saying.
The interview process were 5, 1st just explaining the position and a little bit about the company, second talking about yourself and why would you like this job, 3erd one a play role of the position and presentation with the team
