Straight forward, seamless, very informational as well. Person that interviewed me was very pleasant and outgoing. The process from start to finish was so easy, I almost forgot I was applying for a job!

Usual questions for a customer service role, nothing too hard to respond. A background in customer service will be helpful. Also is important to put your English as a second language to the test
