I interviewed for two different positions at Dosespot. In total, I went through about six interviews and I thought they went well. For each interview, they informed me that they would let me know their decision in about a week. I never heard anything from them again. I emailed the recruiter several times and no one ever responded. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional behavior. If I didn’t get the job, I completely understand. However, getting ghosted after going through six interviews and investing a lot of time, to only get ignored by the recruiter and not even have the common courtesy of letting me know that I didn’t get the job is not right.

Interview
I applied after finding the opening on LinkedIn and the interview process took about 4 weeks. 4 Interviews with Recruiter, then a marketing leader, hiring manager and c-suite executive. Overall great experience, all interviewers were friendly and took a conversational approach. Recruiter was responsive and transparent throughout the process.

Question 1
How do you approach building relationships with key accounts?
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at DoseSpot in Dec 2023
Interview
5 interviews over nearly 8 weeks. Each interview 45 minutes. Scheduled via email and not using a calendar invite. Long gaps in between communication with their recruiter.
I felt that some of the leaders that I interviewed with were less mature and professional than I would expect. For example, one boasted about “doing this for 10 years” and liberally cursed through the interview. Red flags go both ways!
