I had a Panel interview of 3 people in which I was given the job description and daily routine intel. It felt like the panel wasn't trying to hire a female, it seemed that the questions I had, gave them the determination that I wasn't a good fit for the job. The fact that companies like this one don't give new drivers an opportunity for work is discouraging.
