A very informal interview process, seemed more like a quick chat with management than an interview. I was asked about my previous experience and knowledge of food, wine, etc. Seemed fairly disorganised with other staff members interrupting every 5 minutes.

Two interviews if they're not satisfied with the first one, simple questions, what would you do in x situation, something about you. Simple stuff but a lot of room for you do well.
