Phone interview, brief but polite. I was asked to describe my most recent role, the department and the company. I asked some questions about the department and the role such as what were the opportunities for training and development, how big was the HR department and how was it made up. The interviewer informed me that she would let me know in the coming days if she would like me to come in for a face to face interview at the college.
