Douglas Company interview questions

Wasn't really much of an interview just telling me what kind of person they are looking for. How important the job is and seemed kind of tense. Didn't ask the typical interview questions. Good idea to look at the company website they asked a few times if I knew about them and their history.

Bizarre. Fabricated, irrelevant format. You would think that you were applying for a security clearance. The last step of this process would be to drink their koolaid while giving up any free time and sanity you had.
