Dear Candidate:
I’m sorry that our vetting process did not a line with your expectations. My apologies if the turnaround time for the next steps was not fast enough. Nevertheless, we take all feedback seriously, and we will revisit our process to make sure we are making it a speedier experience for everyone in the future. However, the Firm’s vetting process is a 15-minute zoom video or telephone screening, not an interview, and three onsite interviews. It’s a simple process, but because of the on-site assessment on the second interview and candidates’ availability to take our assessment, it may prolong the process. Furthermore, candidates may not understand that we interview multiple people at the same time allowing us to choose the best person for the job. Lastly, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and I’m sure that you will find the right job very soon.
