Group interview which is relaxed and friendly but not much opportunity to speak one on one with the interviewer so it feels a bit like a fight for attention and to be seen within the group space.

Interview
A 2 hour group interview, involving group tasks, a 20 question multiple choice exam on the brand, along with 2 individual interviews for selling a shoe and welcoming customers. The manager was not very present, and more focussed on keeping other colleagues in check. They do not provide feedback, and also ghost candidates despite attending the 2-hour interview.
