Awful interview process with extremely poor communication throughout. I have done 4+ interviews and several assessments over the past 2 months only to be ghosted by the recruiter?? No issue with not being chosen, but how about having the decency to let me know that? There has been absolutely no regard for me and my time throughout this entire process.
