Fairly easy process. I submitted my resume and was called within a couple of days to come in to meet with one of the managing brokers/trainers. I walked through my recent experience and was asked about handling difficult situation. I learned more about Dream Town and the office. I believe there was more attention being paid to how I talked and presented myself. A big part of real estate sales is being personable and being seen as trustworthy. I pretty much had the job from the interview.

Transparent, fast, positive. The decision-makers communicated clearly and I felt valued throughout the process. I recommend Dream Town for mid-career professionals. Unless you are part of a team, you may find it slightly more challenging to get your business off the ground.
