I had multiple interviews with dreamworks and most of the time the person interviewing me is not prepared. Doesn't really ask too many relevant questions. They never give you a chance to show them you're the right fit. So be prepared for that.

There were three rounds of interviews. First with the assistant I was replacing. Then with another executive on the team. Then with the VP I would be assisting. They wanted to know about my previous experience and my career aspirations.

Great opportunity, with a leading animation company. The campus is beautiful and focused around its animators. Other departments of the company are more corporate & informal, so that may be a turnoff to some who concern themselves with such things.
